Xerox in Dublin sucht permanent Mitarbeiter mit deutschen Sprachkenntnissen. Ihr könnt euch entweder über mich oder über unten aufgeführten Link bei Xerox bewerben. Ihr braucht zunächst nur einen Lebenslauf, den ihr über das System eingebt.....
Alle Gespräche werden telefonisch geführt. Eine Reise nach Dublin ist zunächst für die Bewerbung nicht erforderlich.
Um in Irland zu überleben, sollten Basiskenntnisse in Englisch vorhanden sein. Auch für die interne Kommunikation in der Firma wird Englisch gebraucht. Deswegen hier auch die Stellenbeschreibung auf Englisch...
Xerox, The Documents Company, has some vacancies for German Customer Solutions Representatives. Their European Customer Support Centre is based in Dublin 15 (Blanchardstown). This is a multicultural and busy environment with 1.300 workers from 15 European countries. In case of recruitment abroad, you will receive the relocation package (flight ticket + Bed & Breakfast during 14 days + €1,270). · Taking the inbound calls of the German customers.
· Identifying the customer, the machine and the problem/difficulty and
updating the details in database.
· Answering to the customers’ queries.
· Providing Hardware and Software Telephone support for the Xerox machines
with a goal to maximizing telephone resolution rates.
A customer service experience and a good PC
knowledge are required as well as a good knowledge in English and fluent in
German. The candidate needs to have good communication skills and to be a team
player. The aptitude to work well under pressure and deal positively with
difficult situations is also important. A good understanding and troubleshooting
of the technical problems are required.
Der Job ist wirklich nicht allzu übel. Das Basisgehalt beträgt ungefähr 18.000 bis 19.000 Euro. Davon kann man in Dublin einigermasen gut Leben. Außerdem ist die Firma bei der Beantragung einer Steuernummer und eines Bankkontos behilflich.
